Prepare the chia seed pudding

Combine chia seeds, maple, orange zest, non-dairy milk, and a pinch of salt in large bowl or container with lid. Let mixture sit for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
